Bidigital has developed the patent-pending FootPrint system as a solution for marking, identification and monitoring of products to the single item level, and to prevent forgeries through the use of encryption. The method utilizes the capabilities of printers, and does not require additional installations or changes in work processes. The marking seamlessly integrates in existing graphics, and enables encryption of numeric or textual content, thereby generating a unique identification that belongs to the item itself. Furthermore, it is possible to identify the marking if the printing is damaged, partially deleted or hidden.
